Cari is the Founder of Tov Consulting Group and the creator of the Aligned Intensive. With over 30 years of experience working with individuals and teams she has developed a distinctive approach to coaching and consulting.

Her accumulated wisdom and insights enable her to strategically nurture people and organizations for their growth and impact. Cari is personable and believes that every individual is a unique gift to the world, capable of growth, healing, and wholeness.

As Tov's principal consultant, Cari writes for various publications and frequently speaks to organizations and groups. She emphasizes that hospitality is essential for human flourishing, hosting around 500 people each year to share meals at her table.

Kelley considers herself a growth nerd. She cares deeply about transformation and maturation. She thinks it's the best thing on earth. She gathers all the tools and wisdom she can to help her dear clients take their next step in being more fully human and free.

Everyone can grow, which is why she holds sacred the trust and hope invested in her by her clients and rejoice with them as they flourish and heal. She have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years: She has worked in private practice, counseling intensives, virtual classes, groups, Enneagram facilitation, and corporate trainings & retreats.

Nathan cares deeply about what forms people. And loves to use story as a way to guide others to better self understanding.​
